1. Information We Collect
VegaMailer may collect information you provide directly, including
your name, email address, account details, company information,
billing-related information, support messages, built-in delivery settings, sender settings, and
campaign content. We may also process subscriber lists, contact
records, segmentation details, suppression lists, unsubscribe
records, templates, uploaded files, and campaign metadata that you
add to the service.
2. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the VegaMailer website, we may collect technical and usage
information such as IP address, browser type, device information,
pages viewed, and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the
site. We use Google Analytics for this website measurement.
VegaMailer does not wrap links or record recipient click activity
inside the emails you send through the product.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, and improve VegaMailer.
- To help you create, send, and measure email campaigns.
- To manage authentication, billing, support, and account notices.
- To detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect deliverability.
- To process unsubscribe requests and suppression list activity.
- To communicate product updates, security notices, and service messages.
4. Subscriber and Campaign Data
Subscriber lists and campaign content belong to the account owner.
VegaMailer processes that information to provide the service,
including campaign sending, unsubscribe handling, suppression lists,
and delivery reporting. We do not rewrite your links or run click
tracking on recipient activity.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users signed in,
remember preferences, secure sessions, measure website traffic with
Google Analytics, and improve the product experience. You can
control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may
not work correctly without required cookies.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication,
analytics, payments, email delivery, storage, and operational
support. We do not sell subscriber lists.
7. Email Delivery and Providers
If you send through VegaMailer or connect SMTP, Amazon SES,
Resend, Mailjet, or another sending provider, relevant campaign
and sender information may be processed by us or that provider to
deliver email, record delivery events, or enforce delivery
policies.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to
protect account data. No online service can guarantee perfect
security, so users should keep credentials and sending keys secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security,
prevent abuse, and support legitimate business operations. Account
owners may delete or update certain data from the app.

jurisdiction with similar requirements, VegaMailer processes your personal data only
where a lawful basis exists. The lawful bases we rely on include:
- Contract performance. Processing necessary to create and manage your account, provide the service, and fulfill our obligations to you.
- Legitimate interests. Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and service communications, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory
authority if you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully.
12. International Data Transfers
VegaMailer may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence,
including the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or
Switzerland to countries that are not recognized as providing an adequate level of data
protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, which may include Standard Contractual
Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer
Agreement, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
By using VegaMailer, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and
processed in countries outside your country of residence, subject to the safeguards
described in this Policy.

an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf by providing written authorization.
14. Marketing Communications
We may send you service-related communications such as account notices, security alerts,
billing confirmations, and product updates. These messages are part of the service and
are not subject to marketing opt-out. If we send optional marketing or promotional
communications, we will include an unsubscribe link and honor opt-out requests promptly.
To stop receiving optional marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in any such
email or contact us at support@vegamailer.com.
15. Third-Party Services and Sub-processors
We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate VegaMailer. These providers
may process personal data on our behalf as data processors and are contractually required
to protect personal data, use it only as instructed, and comply with applicable privacy
laws. Categories of sub-processors we may use include:

- Email delivery infrastructure providers.
- Customer support and communication tools.
We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third
parties for their own marketing purposes.
16. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and
freedoms of affected individuals, VegaMailer will take prompt action to contain and
investigate the incident. Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected
users and relevant supervisory authorities within the timeframes required by those laws.
Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the categories of data involved,
the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
If you believe your account has been compromised or you have identified a security
vulnerability, contact us immediately at
support@vegamailer.com.
17. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not
want your online activities tracked. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not
Track browser signals, as there is no standardized industry interpretation of how
to respond to such signals. We continue to monitor developments in this area.
18. Children's Privacy
VegaMailer is not intended for children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age
required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected
personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information
promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please
contact us at support@vegamailer.com.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices,
technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will
update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify
users through the website, app, or email. We encourage you to review this Policy
periodically. Your continued use of VegaMailer after the effective date of any changes
constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
20. Contact and Data Protection Requests
For privacy questions, data subject rights requests, or to raise a concern about how we
handle your personal information, please contact us:
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 3 business days and to resolve them
within the period required by applicable law (typically 30 days, with an extension of
up to a further 30 days for complex requests). If you are not satisfied with our
response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection
supervisory authority.
